The house needs some work as you can see in the photos, but it does have possibilities.

You enter the house in the hall and then on the right you have the two rooms on the street side, which could easily be a living room and bedroom, furthermore the hall is adjacent to the kitchen, the pantry and the bathroom. To the left of the house there is a summer kitchen and a cellar. You could include the summer kitchen in the house to create a two-bedroom there.

The plot is 1,261 m2 and you will find some buildings and a (drilled) well.

There is electricity (currently disconnected), gas and water. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The house can centrally be heated. Telephone and Internet can be connected.

Selly is a medium-sized town with almost 3,000 inhabitants. In Selly you can do your shopping, go out for dinner, or have a drink on a terrace. There are several shops, a bank, school and a (thermal) swimming pool in Selly. At a 20 km there is the larger city of Szigetvár.
