In a quieter market, there is a perception that properties are cheaper, but NAVA reminds home-owners that distress sales and repossessions are still charged with getting the best price possible. When selling your property in better market conditions, the auctions regulating body recommends that it is best to go straight to auction due to the demand and competition that will help you to achieve the best price.
