Richlist property mogul's mortgagee sell up
A property portfolio previously owned by real estate king Don Ha has been put on the market for mortgagee sale.
Property investors are being warned "buyer beware" as the nine-home portfolio of houses in south Auckland, previously owned by the self-proclaimed investment expert, were put on the market after he went into receivership earlier this year.
But Mr Ha, who charges $25,000 for his coaching programme, says the development only makes his advice more valuable.
The property mogul and thoroughbred horse fan rose to wealth through his real estate business and investment coaching.
