Number of german apartment deals already outstrips 2010

Nine major residential property transactions, representing more than 800 units, took place in Germany in the first half of 2011.

“About 42,900 units were transacted as a result of the deal and the total number of apartments traded already outperforms the relatively low overall turnover of the two previous years of 28,000 dwellings in 2009 and 33,500 in 2010,” Patrizia Immobilien told OPP this week.
