Poland’s luxury retail property a decent bet - colliers
The world’s best retail streets have regained their vitality and rents are rising in many premier shopping districts says realtor Colliers in its Retail Global Highlights report. But the picture seems to be much more muted in Europe’s luxury retail areas. While New York’s Fifth Avenue experienced a 72% annual increase in rents per square foot to $2,150, the report indicates those in Avenue des Champs-Elysées, Paris, Berlin’s Tauentzienstrasse, Vienna’s Graben, Kohlmarkt and Karntner Strasse are all static.
