Renting a serviced office in dublin
If you plan to open or relocate your business to Ireland, the chances are you are looking at offices in Dublin.
Ireland's capital city is, unsurprisingly, the most populous city in the country. But as well as high occupancy rates for its residential real, the city's commercial property market is busy too. Indeed, Dublin is Ireland's economic hub, containing both businesses and the headquarters of the Oireachtas (Irish National Parliament).
Ranked by the Globalization and World Cities Research Network as one of the top 30 cities in the world, Dublin is a major figure in the industrial and financial world. It may not have played a part in the Industrial Revolution, instead remaining a transport and administrative Centre as Belfast developed at a quicker rate, but its political function has boosted the city's importance, ultimately leading the charge during the country's famous "Celtic Tiger" period of economic boom in the 1990s. Indeed, it is now home to the International Financial Services Centre, which houses a range of offices to rent, which are occupied many of the world's top banks and insurance companies.
But it is not just the IFSC and the Guinness Brewery that represent iconic commercial buildings. Now, when it comes to serviced offices Dublin is defined by international companies such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Facebook, all of whom have headquarters in the city, while retail units dominate Grafton Street, Dublin's famous shopping street.
Outside of the city, Intel and Hewlett-Packard rent offices, while inside the city, developments are active in the Dublin Docklands and other central areas around the River Liffey. These are expanding the commercial property supply, adding new office space to rent in Dublin for companies planning to start up business in the Irish capital or relocate.
