Watch - spanish officials working on eu bailout

Spanish officials are reportedly working on an EU bailout plan in conjunction with the EC in an attempt to boost the country's economy and help the Spanish housing market.

The final plan, which is rumoured to be announced in the next week, follows the European Central Bank's announcement of a new Outright Monetary Transactions system, designed to safeguard monetary policy.
