Real estate deals rise 48% in qatar in january

According to figures released by the Qatar Statistics Authority, real estate transactions rose 48% to QR5.2bn in the Gulf country during January this year, over the same period last year, Gulf Times has reported. Residential rents in the country fell by 5.9% during the month compared to the same period last year, the data showed.
