Celebrity homes: scarlett johansson sells la home

The 28 year old actress sold her condo last month, reports Celebuzz, for the sum of $470,000. The transaction follows several years of toying with the idea of upping and moving to the Big Apple: the one-bedroom property was listed back in 2010 and taken off the market again.

Now, after several months of being snapped in New York with her boyfriend Romain Dauriac, she has decided to make the trip permanent.

Johansson first picked up the pad in 2003 for $372,000. The condo spans 1,148 square feet and boasts two bathrooms, hardwood floors, stone walls, a swimming pool, fitness Centre, valet service and, of course, a view of the Hollywood Hills and the Griffith Observatory.

Scarlett Johansson was last seen in the summer blockbuster The Avengers playing the role of Black Widow and in the Alfred Hitchcock biopic, Hitchcock, playing screen legend Janet Leigh. She will next be seen in the film Don Jon later this year - and, of course, in New York far sooner.
