Investors will be saying "Good morning Napa!" this week as Robin Williams puts his vineyard up for sale.
The estate, listed at $35 million, is tucked away in California's Mayacam Mountains, reports Real Estalker, where the 60 year old comedian and actor has been growing grapes for almost two decades.
The villa spans 20,000 square feet, including five bedrooms, six bathrooms and temperature-controlled vaults "for wine and art storage" and a 12-seater private cinema - perfect for watching Good Will Hunting after a hard day working the vines.
The property also boasts its own viewing tower, connected via a bridge gallery, which gives the lucky owner a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. Add in a 65-foot infinity pool and equestrian facilities and you have a house that even Mrs. Doubtfire would struggle to maintain.
But even once the estate is off his hands, Robin Williams will have no cause for Insomnia; the actor's Happy Feet can still dance around a real estate portfolio that includes a $4m waterfront home in California, a $800k property in Los Angeles and one-bedroom condo in Brooklyn worth $1.02 million. Williams transferred the latter into his son's name in May this year, who then sold it for $1.1 million. The World's Greatest Dad, indeed.
