Jll gives singapore a new asia pacific residential portal

Global agency Jones Lang Lasalle has launched a new dedicated residential portal in the Asia Pacific region, with Singapore becoming the first country to roll it out locally.

JLL’s residential properties in the city-state will be showcased in the portal, as well as access to the company’s other services such as market research and podcasts.

Chris Fossick, managing director of Jones Lang Lasalle South East Asia believes that the portal when rolled out fully will broaden the horizons of buyers in the region.

“This portal is part of our expansion in providing residential property services in the region, and when fully operational will include details of our residential businesses in Singapore, India, China, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam,” he said.
