Celebrity homes: a werewolf in los angeles

The actor snapped up a modern home in the city in April under a trust called National Residential Nominee Services. The four-bedroom home was built in 1963 and has been renovated significantly, boasting three baths and a new kitchen, including a Viking oven, Bosch dishwater and Subzero fridge, reports appliance fans Redfin.

The living room opens directly onto the garden, which has a swimming pool and hot tub, all surrounded by tall fences to keep his privacy in tact - and hide his monstrous werewolf transformations from the neighbours.

Manganiello, who was also recently seen - ahem- in Steven Soderbergh’s film Magic Mike, joins a typically glitzy community of celebrity types in the Hollywood Hills area, from Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Anna Faris to Tim Allen and Rose McGowan.

Mangellio’s home may say fairly modest compared to some showbiz pads that go on the market, but the actor’s abode does boast one particularly impressive feature: a built-in bar. Just the thing to steady the nerves after a full moon.

The cost for Joe’s new jam? A cool $1.8 million.
