Baltic property prices fall back

Baltic property prices fell back in July, reversing recovery posters earlier in the year.

For example, apartment values in Lithuanian capital Vilnius slid by 0.2 per cent last month, according to the Ober-Haus index, while the average price per square metre dropped to 1,194.

Sales of apartments in the region continued to increase by 0.7 per cent in the first half of the year, Property Wire adds, but this growth is also slowing down.
