Jennifer lopez's old house up for sale

In 2002, she told her fans that she was still Jenny from the Block, but Jennifer Lopez has been from so many blocks that it can be hard to keep count.

The latest of her former homes is a mansion in Miami Beach, a far cry from the singer's early days in the Bronx.

The property was sold by Lopez to health-care businessman Mark Gainor seven years ago. The property, which boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms is being sold "as is", according its listing. That includes elevators, balconies, a self-cleaning oven, boating facilities, a spa, an in-ground swimming pool, a garden full of palm trees, a 6,000 gallon koi pond and a maid's suite.

The home was originally bought for $13.9 million by Gainor. If the sale goes through at the asking price of $40 million, it is not just Jennifer Lopex who will be Feelin' So Good.
