Donald Trump has sold his Manhattan apartment for $21 million. The Presidential wannabe and real estate tycoon placed his 6,200-square-foot apartment on the market in 2013 for a lofty $35 million, only to slash the price twice before finally bagging a buyer. Trump, though, never lived in the place.
