Matthew Perry has put his mansion back on the market.
The former Friends star follows in Matt LeBlanc's footsteps to advertise his house. But unlike Joey, Chandler's estate is not up for rent. Indeed, this is the second time that Perry, who has recently starred in Studio 60 in the Sunset Strip and Go On, has tried to sell his property.
The modern hilltop mansion was listed in October 2011, Trulia reports, with an asking price of $5,695,000. Now, the home is back up for sale, but with a $400,000 discount.
Located on Carmen Crest Drive, the impressive property boasts three bedrooms, a "chic gourmet kitchen" and a home theatre to go with its view over the city of Los Angeles.
Even more impressive than the property itself, though, is the fact that this is the fourth piece of real estate Perry has tried to offload in the last year. The actor listed three homes on the market at the end of 2011, each of them as modern and well located as the next.
