Dubai's residential prices may bottom out soon

Property consultancy Jones Lang Lasalle has said prices of villas and apartments in Dubai may soon bottom out, as political turmoil elsewhere in the Middle East and North Africa prompts buyers to look for less-risky investments, Bloomberg has reported. Dubai home prices fell 64% after the global credit crisis from their peak in mid-2008, Deutsche Bank AG (DBK) said in June.
