Established in June 2003 by Inez Rix, Direct Auctions has become one of the top Spain property auction houses on the Costa del Sol, and has established itself as a credible alternative to the traditional property sales method, selling homes in Spain, as well as around the globe.

The franchise may appeal to individuals or couples looking for an exciting business opportunity, or for existing real estate agencies looking for other revenue streams.

Licence fees start from £7,995 per annum, with no profit share requirements, quarterly fees or other payments and the business is full re-assignable should a franchisee wish to sell on.
