Want to live like Zoolander? Now you can, as Ben Stiller lists his Manhattan home on the market.
The duplex, which spans 4,000 square feet, was purchased by the actor and his wife Christine Taylor in 2008 when the couple decided to relocate from California to New York. They spent $10,000,000 on the apartment, reports Real Estalker.
But the comedian may not be laughing for much longer as he sets himself up to lose $400,000 on his New York flat, putting the property onto the market last week with an asking price of $9,600,000.
Speculation is rife as to why the couple have suddenly decided to sell their home at such a loss, but Stiller follows in the footsteps of many celebrities and actors who have had to reduce expectations in order to find a seller during tough financial times.
The Zoolander star has no need to worry, though. He still owns a 1,608 square-foot estate in Laurel Canyon and, reportedly, a beachfront home on the Hawaiian island of Kauai. Needless to say, both of them are really, really good looking.
