Watch - investment puppet says... Buy low, rent high
There is a saying in the stock market that in order to make money you
have to "buy low and sell high". Real Estate investing is similar and
for those that understand the hidden value in properties they can buy
substantially below "true market value".
"True market value" is
defined as the final retail value that an investor can garner for a
property after they have fixed any issues or problems, also known as
"after repair value"
To take advantage of this strategy
sophisticated investors will know the retail value in a given market and
the costs of repairs. With this knowledge investors can buy property
below true market value.
