Us market showing signs of revival, say experts
The American residential market is starting to show signs of a revival say industry experts.
“It has become increasingly apparent to us that the pieces for a US housing rebound next year are beginning to fall into place,” Barclays Capital analyst Stephen Kim has written in a recent note to property investors.
After years of federal US support for housing sales and prices, as well as a highly corrosive level of foreclosures, the market appears to be returning to normal.
“With the exception of really hard-hit markets, the vast majority is ready to turn around,” Jerry Howard, president and CEO of the National Association of Home Builders, NAHB told OPP.
