With all that activity - not to mention thousands of graduates churned out by the University of Houston every year, 80 per cent of whom live and work in the area - it is no wonder that there are lots of companies setting up shop in Houston. Indeed, the commercial property market is one the most impressive in the world, with Houston office space in high demand.
