Malta changes residency rules

Malta has changed its residency through investment requirements, following a year of disappointing interest.

Just 36 wealthy investors applied for the visa in 2014, reports Expat Forum, as non-EU buyers keen to secure residency prefer to invest in Portugal and Spain.
