Bmi ramps up UK-basel air link

Airlines bmi and Swiss have announced the launch of new routes from London Heathrow and Manchester to EuroAirport- Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, in Eastern France, to start on March 27, 2011.

On offer will be three flights per day on weekdays between London Heathrow and Basel, with two services on Saturdays and Sundays, and a daily weekday flight between Manchester and Basel.

Services will be operated by bmi, in partnership with Swiss, with return fares from London Heathrow to Basel starting at £89, and Manchester to Basel from £93 return including taxes.
