Sales of Canadian homes dropped in October, according to Keller Williams. 36,500 transactions were completed last month, 5.8 per cent lower than last year. But while sales slipped, prices rose, with the average house price reaching $36,500, up 2 per cent from last month and steady with 2011 levels.
