Dubai market now feeling "more secure" says cluttons

Dubai's international residential market is starting to feel "more secure" than it has done for years, global agency Cluttons told OPP this week.

Mario Volpi, Head of Sales & Leasing for Cluttons Dubai, told OPP that even though Dubai "is still a buyer's market," buyers are being offered faster access to funding and the situation is changing.

Today, he says, "with the return of accessible financing, sellers are now enjoying a high number of buyers in the market. They are, therefore, experiencing quicker sales."
