Cape verde property "will always be sought after"

There will always be demand for real estate in Cape Verde due to the lack of space available for new developments, one sector commentator has claimed.

Managing director of Cape Verde Property Adrian Lillywhite explained that there are many things that draw people to the nation, such as its climate, beaches and political and social stability.

As a result, he noted that "the good locations in Cape Verde will always be sought after".

Mr Lillywhite also revealed another reason that investors may be interested in purchasing a property in the nation - the cost.
