Matt le blanc decides not to sell property

The news is full of celebrities struggling to sell property these days. Movie stars, TV presenters, sports players; no matter what their career, times are hard for wealthy homeowners trying to shift expensive chunks of real estate.

Kudos to Matt LeBlanc, then, for taking a different route: following other celebrities who have failed to find a buyer, the former Friends star skipped the troublesome first step and went straight to letting. Indeed, the actor's Pacific Palisades home can now be yours for $12,995 a month.

LeBlanc purchased the home in 2006 after his divorce. The Spanish-style estate spans almost 4,000 square feet, squeezing in four bedrooms, five bathrooms and "stucco walls", according to Zillow.

But LeBlanc's new landlord career will not interfere with his acting. He was most recently seen on screen playing a fictionalised version of himself in the BBC sitcom Episodes.
