Florida, arizona and nevada lead the way for overseas interest

US-based website www.point2.com, which provides real estate marketing and lead management software to residential agents worldwide, revealed this week that property in Florida has emerged as the leading attraction for buyers from abroad searching on its site.

Arizona and Nevada follow in second a third place as the next most popular regions for international real estate buyers.

Point2.com made the claim as it released its "Third quarter international consumer real estate traffic data for the United States" report this week on the Point2 Homes (http://homes.point2.com) portal..

Florida snapped up 33% of all international site traffic in Q3 with Arizona attracting 15% and Nevada 8%. Most of the potential buyers - six out of ten - came from Canada with the UK in second place and Mexico third.
