Us property market 'will improve'
There are signs of improvement in the US property market, despite the ongoing uncertainty over the sector's long-term future, according to experts.
BuyAssociation has predicted that eventually the property investment market will strengthen, although there are likely to be price falls in the short-term.
These comments come after the latest Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller index revealed that house prices have reached a new post-recession low, slipping by an average of 4.2% during the first three months of the year.
Paul Collins, editor at BuyAssociation, explained that "positive signs" such as recent unemployment data are evidence that the US market could recover.
