Karshadians keep expanding real estate empire

The Kardashian clan just keep expanding their real estate empire. The family has bought everything from an 11-acre estate in Malibu to a Mediterranean property in Calabass. Now, the trust that holds other property for the family has acquired a condo in Century City.

The property certainly fits the bill, with its 2,524 square feet of living space boasting French oak and limestone floors, an open-plan living room with wall fireplace, a steam shower and make-up station in the master bathroom and a walk-in closet and fireplace in the master bedroom.

The unit was first listed for sale in July for $1.675 million, according to the Los Angeles Times, up from its selling price of $1 million in 2013. The trust snapped it up for $1.655 million.
