Foreigners account for almost one-third of finland property sales
Foreign investors account for almost one-third of property sales in Finland.
Finnish real estate transactions totalled €1.4 billion between January and August this year, according to KTI Finnish Property Monthly - and a large chunk of that money came from abroad.
Indeed, demand the country's property appears to be on the up, with the total volume of sales now over €200 million more than in the same eight-month period last year.
