Justin timberlake sells new york apartment for $5 million

With a successful career as a singer and now an actor, Justin Timberlake clearly has money to burn.

Which is clearly how he was able to move into a $6.5 million pad in the New York district of SoHo, while his former plush Tribeca apartment was still on the market.

But now the 30-year-old star has some more cash to spend, after finally selling the plush Tribeca pad for $4.995 million.

The pad, situated in the prestigious Pearline Soap Factory building, was purchased by Timberlake for $4.689 million back in 2008, according to New York Real Estate blog The Real Deal.
