Spanish property consultancy launched to combat legal problems
Indeed, Spanish residential values have fallen by up to 40% from the market peak, offering good value for eager investors, but while now is the time to buy, caution and due diligence is necessary, advises Strategic & Buy.
The new company is launching its consultancy service with a warranty which in the event of problems with property title, questionable building permits, or debts secured against property, will ensure them against these risks for five years.

It undertakes de-mystification and simplification of all Spanish property documentation, and provides supervision by a Spanish notary and a bi-lingual team to guide the buyer through the signing of all binding documentation and title deeds.
