Alec baldwin selling new york home for $9.5m
Actor Alec Baldwin has placed his luxury New York apartment on the market, two years after previously trying to sell the same place, to move to downtown Manhattan, claim reports.
Earlier this month, the New York Post reported that the Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning actor had put his home on the 22nd floor of The Eldorado building up for sale with an asking price of $9.5 million (£5.46 million).
However, a later report by the Real Estalker revealed the 3,000-square-foot, three-bedroom apartment on Central Park West was originally put on the market by Baldwin in 2009, with an asking price of $7.5 million (£4.55 million).
During Baldwin’s previous attempt to sell his Eldorado apartment he also listed a second, one-bedroom apartment with 12-foot ceilings on the ground floor of the same building.
