Stockholders give zillow acquisition of trulia green light

Stockholders have given the green light to Zillow's acquisition of Trulia.

The deal, which was agreed earlier this year, has been approved by 88.75 per cent of Zillow's stockholders and 79.52 per cent of Trulia's stockholders. The merger is expected to be completed in 2015.
