National home sales in the US may not recover until next year but confidence in American property is rising. MSNBC's Today program talks to real estate expert Barbara Corcoran, who highlights the top 10 markets around the country that are ready to rebound.
Corcoran compares real estate across America to determine which towns have house prices similar or below the national average, but also a high number of jobs and a low foreclosure rate. Raleigh in North Carolina tops the list, with a young buyer market driving up demand for property, followed by Wichita in Kansas, where 87 per cent of everyone living there can afford the price of a typical home.
