Whitney houston's new jersey mansion on market for $1.75 million
The New Jersey mansion that was the setting for Whitney Houston's well publicized drug problems and her tumultuous marriage to Bobby Brown is being sold with an asking price of $1.75 million. Houston died Saturday in California.
Broker Robert Cross of CarProperty.com has the exclusive off-market listing. He is requiring prospective buyers to prove at least $1.5 million in liquid assets before a showing.
The property at 22 North Gate Road in Mendham Township, N.J., was first listed for $2.5 million in 2009, but lingered in the post-recession market.
